MIC26601/901/1201 Buck Regulators

Microchip's MIC26601/901/1201 are constant-frequency, synchronous buck regulators featuring a unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The MIC26601/901/1201 family switches at a 600 kHz frequency and operates over an input supply range of 4.5 V to 28 V with a regulated output of up to 6 A/9 A/12 A current respectively. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8 V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. Microchip’s Hyper Speed Control™ architecture allows for ultra-fast transient response while reducing the output capacitance and also makes high delta V operation possible. Devices in this product family are available in a 28-pin 5 mm x 6 mm MLF® package.
