Generally, AT-cut crystal oscillators provide excellent frequency-temperature stability and are capable of achieving less than 2 seconds of error for 24 hours of continuous operation compared to greater than 8 seconds over the same period for oscillators using tuning fork crystals. Combined with a low-power ASIC design, Taitien’s 32.768 kHz OX/OY series delivers the benefits of a small form factor, a low current consumption of less than 60 μA, tight frequency stability of ±25 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and a fast start-up time of 2 ms.
