Their process includes growing raw quartz bars, crystal blank fabrication, electrode coating, and final assembly/test (suggested: measurement). Taitien offers both 5 MHz and 6 MHz AT-cut quartz thickness-monitor crystals. These products are offered with gold, silver, and alloy coated electrodes for major optical and vacuum coating applications, PVD, and for use in thin film deposition processes.
