R1173x Low Voltage LDO Regulators
Ricoh R1173x Low Voltage Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are CMOS-based positive voltage regulator ICs with 1A output current capability. These regulators feature super low dropout and -3mV typical load regulation at 1A. The R1173x regulators are ideal for applications with the large current requirement at the small dropout. These regulators come in a standard version with the internally set output voltage and an adjusted version with external resistors. The adjusted version is suitable when the output voltage is not determined and can be used for advanced protection. The R1173x LDO regulators include a voltage reference unit, over-current limit circuit, an error amplifier, and thermal shutdown circuit. These low voltage regulators are free from lead, halogen and are available in three different packaging options. The R1173x regulators as a local power source are suitable for various applications including notebook PC, cameras, videos, and home appliances.Learn More
