Kinetis K6x 32-bit Microcontrollers
NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K6x 32-bit Microcontrollers, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, are pin, peripheral, and software compatible with the Kinetis Kx MCU family. The K6x MCUs also integrate 10/100Mbps Ethernet with IEEE® 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) Transceiver and USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG), including options for crystal-less device functionality. Devices range from 256KB to2 MB of flash, with 256KB of SRAM. Package options include BGA, LQFP, and WLCSP, which span from 100 to 256 pins.
