I've checked the resistance on first three sets, and it matched the description, so the main purpose is fulfilled, I guess.Unfortunately, some sets came with 19 pieces instead of promised 20 with a dangling piece of wire instead of the resistor itself, and also some film is peeling off from some resistors.So, ultimately, three stars is really the best I can give for this.
