TPS22925 Single-Channel Load Switch
OMO Electronic TPS22925 Single-Channel Load Switch is a 9-mΩ, single-channel load switch with a controlled slew rate. These devices contain an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.65V to 3.6V. They can support a maximum continuous current of 3A. This continuous current enables the devices to be used across multiple designs and end equipment. Each of these devices provides reverse current blocking when disabled allowing for power supply protection and power multiplexing capabilities. The controlled rise time for the device greatly reduces inrush current caused by large bulk load capacitances. This reduces or eliminates power supply droop.
TPS229xx Load Switches
OMO Electronic TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The small size and low RON of the TPS229xx Load Switches make them ideal for use in space constrained, battery-powered applications. The wide input voltage range of the switches makes them a versatile solution for many different voltage rails. The controlled rise time of these devices greatly reduces inrush current caused by large bulk load capacitances, thereby reducing or eliminating power supply droop. Certain TPS229xx Load Switches further reduce the total solution size by integrating a pull-down resistor for quick output discharge (QOD) when the switch is turned off.
