F2911 75Ω SPST RF Switches
IDT F2911 75Ω SPST RF Switches are high reliability, low insertion loss switches designed for wireless and RF applications. The F2911 covers a broad frequency range from 1MHz to 3500MHz and delivers excellent linearity and isolation performance. The devices provide a 75Ω termination on one port in isolation mode. The F2911 uses a single positive supply voltage supporting either 3.3V or 1.8V control logic.
