Power Switches
NXP's Power Switches offer motor driver/controller ICs that use SMARTMOS technology for industrial applications. The MC34931 (single) and MC34932 (dual) DC motor drivers are monolithic thermally efficient 28V/5A H-Bridge DC motor drivers featuring real-time load current monitoring and automatic thermal back-off ensuring high availability operation in demanding high-current, high-temperature industrial applications. It is designed primarily for DC brushed and servo motor driver applications. The MC34933 is a 1.4A dual H-Bridge driver aimed at the digital camera market. The MC34937A is a field effect transistor (FET) pre-driver designed for three-phase motor control and similar applications. The IC contains three high side FET pre-drivers and three low side FET pre-drivers. Three external bootstrap capacitors provide gate charge to the high side FETs.Learn More
