Nexperia High-Power Bipolar Transistors are the industry's first in the SOT-669 (LFPAK) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) power plastic package. They are offered in 27 types up to 100V and 15A in single and double configurations. These devices offer features of high thermal power dissipation capability, reduced PCB requirements and have a high energy efficiency due to less heat generation. Typical applications include power management, load switch, linear mode voltage regulator, and backlighting applications.
