ROHM's BD8202x High-Side Switch ICs are a Single Channel High Side Switch IC that employs an N-Channel power MOSFET with low on resistance and low supply current for the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). These ICs have a built-in over current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under voltage lockout and soft start circuits.
