MCP14A0301/2 MOSFET Gate Drivers
Microchip Technology MCP14A0301/2 MOSFET Gate Drivers are high-speed MOSFET drivers designed to provide up to 3A of peak current while operating from a single supply. These MOSFET drivers are available in two output configurations including inverting (MCP14A0301) and noninverting (MCP14A0302). The MCP14A0301/2 drivers feature high capacitive load drive capability, low shoot-through/cross-conduction current in output stage, short delay times, low-voltage threshold input, and enable with hysteresis.
