NLVHC259ADR2G 8-bit Addressable Latch
On Semiconductor NLVHC259ADR2G 8-bit Addressable Latch device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs and pull-up resistors. The device is also compatible with Low-power Schottky Transistor-to-Transistor Logic (LSTTL) outputs. This NLVHC259ADR2G is available in four modes of operation: addressable latch, memory, 8-line demultiplexer, and reset. In rest mode, all outputs are LOW and unaffected by the address and data inputs. The NLVHC259ADR2G latch provides 10 LSTTL loads output drive capability and 1mA of the low input current. The NLVHC259ADR2G is automotive AEC-Q100 qualified and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) capable.
