The NC7SZ38 is a single 2-Input NAND gate with open drain output stage from Fairchild’s Ultra-High Speed Series of TinyLogic®. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V VCC range. The inputs and output are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 6V independent of VCC operating voltage. The open drain output stage will tolerate voltages up to 6V independent of VCC when in the high impedance state.
TinyLogic® UHS Series
ON Semiconductor TinyLogic® UHS Series are single and dual gate logic devices with ultra high speed and high drive performance of LCX. The TinyLogic UHS Series operates in a VCC voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V, and have input overvoltage tolerance, enabling them to interface with 5V components while operating at 3V. The TinyLogic UHS Series gives design engineers the ability to implement design changes without having to redesign complex silicon subcomponents or printed circuit board layouts. The TinyLogic UHS Series is primarily intended for use in space-constrained systems such as portable CD players, disk drives, cellular phones, pagers, radios, PCMCIA cards and portable computers.Learn More
