R3119 36V Input Voltage Detector
Ricoh Electronic Devices Company R3119 36V Input Voltage Detector is a CMOS-based input voltage detector IC designed to detect up to 12V without a divider resistor, making it ideal for digital home appliances. The R3119 36V Input Voltage Detector is offered in a variant with a CD pin for setting output delay, and in a variant with a SENSE pin. The supply current of the R3119 is only 3.3μA. The R3119 offers a fixed detector threshold, which can be set with a 0.1V step, across a 2.3V to 12.0V range. This device features a 1.5% detector threshold accuracy. The output type is N-channel, Open Drain type.
