It took a long time to arrive. Used Arduino IDE 1.6.13 to flash the device and install the drivers. Used a USB 2 port in Windows7. (I had trouble flashing with Arduino IDE 1.8 on USB 3 with Windows 10. Had to reset the device (shorting pin rst and grnd by tapping twice on the pins) during upload. But everything works fine now.
