TGA350x-SM GaAs Wideband Gain Blocks
Qorvo TGA350x-SM are wideband gain blocks with adjustable gain control for extra flexibility to fine tune system performance. The TGA3503 operates from 2 to 30GHz and provides 19dBm P1dB and 10dB of small-signal gain with return losses of greater than 12dB. The TGA3504 operates from 2 to 30GHz and provides 8dBm P1dB and 11dB of small-signal gain with return losses of greater than 9dB. They are fabricated on Qorvo's production TQPHT15 0.15um GaAs pHEMT process and are offered in a robust, 5x5mm ceramic air cavity QFN. With integrated DC blocking caps and fully match to 50ohms, they're easily integrated with commercial and military system architectures.Learn More
