I ordered two voltmeters, one turned out to be defective, several segments of the indicator did not work. Opened a dispute, the seller returned money for the marriage. # # # But this seller swindler sent in the parcel only part of the goods i ordered. The package came in whole, sealed, not opened on the way. Already on receipt at the post office it became clear that the parcel is incomplete, through the film well forgiven lack of content. Filmed the video unpacking, sent the seller with a question where the paid goods. He decided to keep quiet. After 1,5 days opened a dispute. Once again i threw him the video unpacking. He denied his guilt. Refused to return money. I turned to aliexpress for the decision. A few days later, there was a decision to refuse.
