IDT's F2972, 50 or 75 ohm SP2T switch, spans 5 to 10000 MHz with minimum insertion loss of 0.2 dB. Offered in a QFN 2x2mm package.
High Linearity Broadband SP2T RF Switches
IDT F2972 and F2976 High Linearity Broadband SP2T RF Switches provide wide bandwidth and high linearity. The reflective switches support a variety of wireless RF applications by operating at up to 10GHz. The switches support downstream cable modem future migration for DOCIS 3.1 applications through 5MHz to 1.8Hz optimization. The F2972 and F2976 deliver outstanding distortion performance while also providing extremely low insertion loss across the entire bandwidth. Excellent performance can be achieved when used in either 50Ω or 75Ω terminating impedance applications. The RF switches are optimized for Wi-Fi applications up to 5.9GHz and are compatible with either 1.8V or 3.3V control logic. The F2972 and F2976 use either a +3.3V or +5.0V single positive supply voltage and come in a 2xmmm 12-TQFN package.Learn More
