The OMO Electronic ADS8201 low-power, complete on-chip data acquisition system is optimized for portable applications requiring direct connections, wide dynamic range, and automatic operation with very low power consumption. The TI ADS8201 data acquisition system includes a 12-bit SAR analog to digital converter (ADC), a high-performance programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and a fully automatic scan 8-to-1 mux with breakout to allow for system design flexibility. The TI ADS8201 offers a high-speed, wide-voltage serial interface and is ideal for sensor applications used in gaming and navigation.
