Quorvo QPB Return Path Amplifiers are HBT (Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor) RF Balanced Amplifier ICs designed to operate as upstream amplifiers for DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) 3.1 applications. The QPB Return Path Amplifiers offer low noise, high gain, and high linearity for 5MHz to 210MHz interface using an 8V power supply.
QPB2328 HBT RF Balanced Amplifier
Qorvo QPB2328 Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) RF Balanced Amplifier is designed to provide low noise and high gain for the 5-210MHz interface using an 8V power supply. This balanced return path amplifier supports DOCSIS 3.1 applications and features adjustable bias using the external resistors. The QPB2328 RF balanced amplifier offers 17.8dB typical gain, high linearity push-pull MMIC, and comes in a SOIC-8 package. Typical applications include return path amplifiers, head end CMTS equipment, DOCSIS 3.1 optical nodes, and residential amplifier or splitters.
