The BTT6200-1EJA is a 200 m single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-DSO-8-43 EP, Exposed Pad package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. The device is integrated in Smart6 HV technology. It is specially designed to drive lamps up to 1x R10W 24V or 1x R5W 12V, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment | Summary of Features: Single channel device; Very low stand-by current; 3.3 V and 5 V compatible logic inputs; Electrostatic discharge protection (ESD); Optimized electromagnetic compatibility; Logic ground independent from load ground; Very low power DMOS leakage current in OFF state; Green product (RoHS compliant); AEC qualified | Target Applications: Suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads; Replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits; Most suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as lamps; Suitable for 24V Trucks and Transportation System

Infineon PROFET™ Smart High-Side Switches are placed between the supply and load to control the application. These highly integrated high-side switches incorporate a broad range of smart features like diagnosis and protection. PROFET switches consist of a DMOS power transistor and CMOS logic circuitry for complete built-in protection against overload, short-circuit, excessive temperature, ground loss, power supply loss, and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The PROFET family of devices is also capable of protecting against dynamic overvoltage, such as load dump and inductive load turn-off.
