Vishay eSMP® MicroSMP TransZorb® TVS Diodes have improved reliability, and a longer operational life span in a space-saving 2.5mm x 1.3mm footprint. The MicroSMP Diodes combine ESD transient protection with a superior surge clamping capability, an improvement over previous TVS in comparable packages. The devices offer a high forward current of 150W (10/1000μs waveform) clamping power capability. The MicroSMP is available in a DO-219AD package.
