AMC7834 Integrated PA Monitor & Control System
OMO Electronic AMC7834 Integrated Power Amplifier (PA) Monitor & Control System is a highly integrated and low powered device. This PA monitor and control system features temperature, current, and voltage supervision capabilities. The AMC7834 integrates a multichannel, 12bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and eight-channel, 12-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs). This control system is used as a biasing solution for a large variety of transistor technologies including LDMOS and GaN. Other features of this control system include four high-side current sense amplifiers, temperature sensing capabilities, and four GPIOs. The operating temperature of this devices range from -40°C to 125°C and are available in a 56-pin VQFN package. Typical applications include communication infrastructures, general purpose monitor and control, and data acquisition systems.Learn More
