AP6320x Synchronous Buck Converters
Diodes Inc AP6320x 2A Synchronous Buck Converters offer an ultra-low IQ solution with best-in-class EMI performance. The AP63200, AP63201, AP63203, and AP63205 feature a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V, and support 5V, 12V, and 24V power supplies. Additionally, the devices include an integrated 125mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 68mΩ lowside power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion.
