The product arrived fast and fine, but I am unable to upload sketches to it using Arduino IDE. I get the following generic error messageavrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeoutavrdude: stk500v2_getsync(): timeout communicating with programmerAn error occurred while uploading the sketchGoogling for it, it may mean a number of things, but something is generally wrong so that my PC can not communicate with the board. Tested under Linux and macOS. Can I apply for another, properly tested and functioning board?
