    Delivery to smolensk region 12 days (paid delivery). It looks like two batches, but 3 look normal 2 more with traces of grinding. Marking on all as a copy, and if it is different batches then should differ, which causes suspicion. One in five is not working and has conductivity on the bolt for the radiator, which should not be. At best it is a BTA26-600, at worst marriage. On aliexpress there are no real bta41, some in the reviews saw that they send at all without marking, probably the laser engraver broke. Even buying expensive bta41 can still send garbage. Check under the real load of the possibility yet, checked simply the performance in the dimer on the lamp 90 w.

LD39030 Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulator IC
STMicroelectronics LD39030 Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulator IC is high accuracy voltage regulator that provides 300mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V, with a typical dropout voltage of 300 mV. The LD39030 is available in DFN4 1x1 package, allowing the maximum space saving. The device is stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The ultra low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features, together with the internal soft-start circuit, make the LD39030 suitable for low power battery-operated applications.
