NCP43080 Synchronous Rectifier Controllers
ON Semiconductor NCP43080 is a synchronous rectifier controller for switch mode power supplies. The flexibility to drive assorted MOSFET package types and PCB layout are controlled by externally adjustable minimum off-time and on-time blanking periods. The SR system that is both reliable and noise less is protected due to the self-synchronization feature.
