Good balancing PCB. ON/OFF voltage is 4.2 V with very narrow hysteresis. It is passive balancer, with moderate by-pass current, so elevated heat in operation is normal. PCB consists of independent channels, and can be used with fewer cells than designed, or can be added additional balancing PCB, for more cells. I recommend it, PCB is well designed and manufactured!
