TS499 Audio Power Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics TS499 Audio Power Amplifiers reduce the number of external components in demanding audio applications. The audio power amplifiers are capable of delivering up to 1.2W of continuous RMS output power into an 8Ω load at 5V. An externally controlled standby mode reduces the supply current to less than 10nA. The amplifiers also include internal thermal shutdown protection. The unity-gain stable amplifier can be configured by external gain setting resistors.
