The devices are useful in embedded applications with extremely low power consumption. Use these to increase control system capability and provide impressive efficiency in embedded design. This collection also includes complete motor control and drive solutions for automotive and industrial applications.

MCP8025/6 3-Phase BLDC Motor Gate Drivers: Microchip Technology MCP8025/6 3-Phase BLDC Motor Gate Drivers provide a complete motor control and drive solution for many automotive and industrial applications. The MCP8025/6 drivers offer 3-phase Brushless DC (BLDC) power modules with three integrated half-bridge drivers capable of driving three external NMOS/NMOS transistor pairs. These three half-bridge drivers deliver a peak output current of 0.5A at 12V to power high-side and low-side NMOS MOSFET transistors. The MCP8025/6 drivers offer shoot-through, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection. These gate drivers feature 150ºC ambient temperature, low sleep current of 5µA (typ), and LIN transceiver. The MCP8025/6 drivers are well-suited for under the hood automotive designs and applications that need to reduce key-off power consumption.
