The order was made on 06.01.2019. The seller handed the order to the carrier on january 8, 2019. The order arrived in the russian federation (tracking) only on 10.02.2019. The order never came to me.07.03.2019g. I suddenly saw that until the end of the protection there were less than 1 day (no warnings about it) and offered the seller to extend the protection period for 20 days, but the seller did not respond. Then 09.03.2019g. I opened a dispute in connection with the non-receipt of the goods. First the seller offered to agree without participation of aliexpress and close the dispute, but with my refusal, a few days later agreed with the dispute and 16.03.2019.
