Skyworks Solutions Inc. ACA1216 MMIC Power Doubler is a surface-mount GaAs RF amplifier which provides high gain output stage for HFC/FTTC node and ORM RF amplifiers. This linear amplifier delivers high bit deliver efficiency, low power consumption, and an ultra-small landed product footprint for the HFC/FTTC node and ORM RF amplifiers. The ACA1216 MMIC consists of two parallel amplifiers, operating from a 12V power supply.
