These MCP1x detectors are available in 8 different trip voltages. The devices come in SC-70, SOT-23, TO-92, SOT-143, and SOIC packages in various pin configurations. Typical applications include critical μC and μP power-monitoring applications, computers, intelligent instruments, and portable battery-powered equipment.
