RP509x & RP602x DC-DC Converters
Ricoh Electronic Devices Company RP509x and RP602x DC-DC Converters are ideal for use in smartphones and other portable equipment using a Li-ion battery. The RP509x is a low supply current PWM/VFM step-down DC-DC converter with synchronous rectifier featuring 0.5A/1A output current. The RP602x is a 6.5V Buck-Boost DC-DC converter with synchronous rectifier. Both the RP509x and RP602x offer power controlling via forced Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) or PWM/Variable Frequency Modulation (VFM) auto switching.
