Analog Devices / Hittite HMC641ALC4 GaAs SP4T Non-reflective Switch is a broadband switch that covers DC to 20GHz. HMC641ALC4 provides high isolation at 42dB @ 12GHz, low insertion loss of 2.1dB @ 12GHz, and on-chip termination of isolated ports. An on-board binary decoder circuit reduces the required number of logic control lines from four to two. Operating with 0/ -5V logic, HMC641ALC4 delivers a fast switching speed and consumes less DC current than pin-diode based solutions. Available in a compact 4x4mm ceramic package, the Analog Devices / Hittite HMC641ALC4 is well-suited for telecom infrastructure, microwave radio & VSAT, military & space hybrids, test instrumentation, and SATCOM & sensors.Learn More
