Torex Semiconductors XC9266 Step-Down DC/DC Converters support a 6A high-current load and has built-in 32mΩ P-channel MOS driver and 25mΩ N-channel MOS switching transistors. The XC9266 are designed to use ceramic capacitors and have small on-resistances. The two internal driver transistors enable a high efficiency, stable power supply with an output current up to 6.0A.
