The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are precision 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V band gap voltage references featuring high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption. The parts are housed in tiny, 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages, as well as in 8-lead SOIC versions. The SOIC versions of the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03 are drop-in replacements1 to the industry-standard REF01, REF02, and REF03. The small footprint and wide operating range make the ADR0x references ideally suited for general-purpose and space-constrained applications. With an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP terminal can be used for temperature sensing and approximation. A TRIM terminal is provided on the devices for fine adjustment of the output voltage. The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are compact, low drift voltage references that provide an extremely stable output voltage from a wide supply voltage range. They are available in 5-lead SC70 and TSOT packages, and 8-lead SOIC packages with A, B, and C grade selections. All parts are specified over the extended industrial (–40°C to +125°C) temperature range. The ADR391/ADR392/ADR395 are precision 2.048 V, 2.5 V, 4.096 V, and 5 V band gap voltage references, respectively, featuring low power and high precision in a tiny footprint. Using patented temperature drift curvature correction techniques from Analog Devices, Inc., the ADR39x references achieve a low 9 ppm/°C of temperature drift in the TSOT package. The CAT102 is a low voltage reference and amplifier. Designed for the control loop of low voltage power supplies the reference voltage has been designed for 600 mV. Over a temperature range from -40C to 85C the reference voltage is within 8.0 mV of the nominal 600 mV. In addition the error amplifier output and the supply voltage pin (IN) are on separate pins. Power supply rejection is a high 45 dB at 300 kHz. The output OUT can sink 20 mA at a maximum saturation voltage of 250 mV. When combined with an optocoupler the CAT102 can be used as an error amplifier that controls the feedback loop in isolated low output voltage switching power supplies.
