One hundred percent RF and DC tested, this InGaP/GaAs HBT achieves high performance over a broad range of frequencies with +44dBm OIP3 and +27.2dBm P1dB while only consuming 130mA quiescent current. QPA9119 integrates an on-chip DC over-voltage and RF over-drive protection. The device's on-chip ESD protection enables the amplifier to have a very robust Class1C HBM ESD rating.Learn More
