Small Form Factor C8051F30x Microcontroller
The Silicon Labs small form factor C8051F30x 8-bit Microcontroller (MCU) series consists of fully integrated mixed-signal system-on-a-chip MCUs with a high-speed pipelined 8051-compatible microcontroller core. These Silicon Labs devices also feature an in-system, full-speed non-intrusive debug interface (on-chip), precision programmable 25 MHz internal oscillator, up to 8 KB on-chip Flash memory, 256 bytes of on-chip RAM, and three general-purpose 16-bit timers.
