Available in a compact 3mm x 4mm, 20-pin, QFN package, the MP4473/MPQ4473 converters offer a compact solution with a 3.5A continuous-output current over a wide input-supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The devices offer a fast, transient response and provide good stability for wide input-supply and load range. In addition, the MP4473/MPQ4473 converters operate at high efficiency over a wide-output-current load range. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD).
