Quality is according to price- On low battery output on 5V can drop to under 4V (I only draw about 200mA ).After switch off automatic switch on at about 3V (better would be >3.7V or only if charging) .If charging and tacking current battery will never be full (always red light ).Possibly output current not totally from input.+Price.Output possible when charging.Battery Protection Under and Over Voltage . For the price a good product.
