Qorvo Small Cell Power Amplifiers are housed in low-cost surface-mount packages with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits. The amplifiers are suitable for small cell or enterprise Femtocell base station applications. The devices provide high gain and linear power using an LTE signal over the indicated frequency range.
TQP9424SR High Linearity 0.5W Power Amplifier
Qorvo TQP9424SR High Linearity 0.5W Power Amplifier (PA) provides 36.3dB gain over the 2.3-2.4GHz frequency range. This surface mount PA with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits are suitable for small cell applications. The TQP9424SR high-linearity small cell PA can achieve -47dBc ACLR at +27dBm output power using a 20MHz LTE signal. Three integrated high-performance amplifier stages along with few external components help to achieve compact system design. The TQP9424SR small cell PA is available in a lead-free/RoHS-compliant 7mm x 7mm surface mount package.Learn More
