MAX11261 Delta-Sigma ADC
Maxim Integrated MAX11261 6-channel, 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC delivers exceptional performance while consuming very little power. The MAX11261 Delta-Sigma ADC generates precision DC measurements and sample rates up to 16ksps. Features include a 64-entry, on-chip FIFO, an I2C-compatible serial interface, and a 6.2nV/√Hz noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA). The integrated PGA has gain settings from 1x to 128x and provides isolation of the signal inputs from the switched capacitor sampling network. This allows designers to use the MAX11216 with high-impedance sources without compromising available dynamic range.
