Designed with inputs compatible with popular logic types and output clamp diodes with high voltage outputs rated up to 50V, these devices are capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays filament lamps, thermal print-heads and high power buffers. Available in a small outline 16 pin package (SO-16), these devices include suppression diodes for inductive load driving with inputs and outputs pinned in opposition to simplify board layout.Learn More
