74HC(T)132-Q100 Logic Gates
Nexperia 74HC(T)132-Q100 Logic Gates are quad 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs that include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. The Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. The 74HC(T)132-Q100 devices are ideally used in wave and pulse sharpers, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators. The products are qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade1) and are suitable for use in automotive applications.
Automotive Logic ICs
Nexperia Automotive Logic ICs comprise a range of AEC Q100 qualified devices that meet the requirements of automotive applications. These Nexperia automotive devices are designed for an operating environment that is far more hostile than that of semiconductors used in home and portable applications. Automobiles must operate in temperatures lower than -20°C and in some cases operate within the engine compartment at temperatures approaching 125°C. These Automotive Logic ICs feature low power, high reliability, and low ppm. These Nexperia devices are ideal for use in engine control units, body control modules, transmission control units, and electronic instrument clusters.
