    I used the module to charge 18650 cells @4.2V from 15V source.It underrate the output tension slightly in my case by 0.15V : it needs to be set between 4.0 and 4.1 to have a real 4.2V.In same configuration he variable resistor has a dead zone of around 0.2V when you turn it from on side to the other.I did a mistake by reversing a bloc of 5 cells and blew up the R050 resistor under, it seems to continue to function, so double check the polarity before plugging... (it's a 0.05Ohm resistor rated 1W)When charging from 15V to 12.6V at 2.5A it's kind of hot (the transistor, coil and capacitor are around 50-60°C, you can still touch it).From 15V to 4.2V at 2.5A it's even hotter, from what I read on internet it dissipate in heat the difference of tension.The temperature is proportional to the intensity and will reduce progressively until you reach the point where the charge is finished and the intensity becomes 0.00A.
