FAN536x Synchronous Buck Regulators
On Semiconductor FAN536x Synchronous Buck Regulators are step-down, switching voltage regulators that deliver fixed output from a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage supply. The FAN5361 regulator is capable of delivering a peak efficiency of 92% and maintains efficiency over 80%. The FAN5362 regulator is capable of delivering a peak efficiency of 96% and maintains efficiency over 90%. The FAN536x regulators are available in 6-bump, 0.4mm pitch, Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP), and a 6-lead 2mm x 2mm Ultra-thin Molded Leadless Package (UMLP). These regulators find their applications in cellphones, smartphones, tables, gaming devices, and many more.
