Qorvo RFPA5542 Power Amplifier Module is a 4.9GHz to 5.925GHz three-stage power amplifier designed for 802.11a/n/ac applications. This power amplifier module features integrated input and output 50Ω match which reduces the layout area, bill of materials, and manufacturability cost. The RFPA5542 power amplifier minimizes the required external components to maintain linear performance. This power amplifier is manufactured through an advanced InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process. Typical applications include Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), wireless access points, and gateways.
