The device provides an excellent combination of RF performance and MCU processing power, low current consumption, and few external components, as well as up to 32kB of in-system programmable Flashmemory, up to 4kB of RAM, and many other powerful features. Ideal forapplications with size limitations and where very low-power consumptionis required.
